NorthWest Meridian is a unique market in that scale has definitely tipped from a buyer’s market to a seller’s market. Obviously the prices and the rates are still very aggressive and make it very helpful for buyers in this market, but the supply and demand definitely favor the seller’s in Northwest Meridian. With just over 4 months of active inventory listed, it’s no wonder that homes priced right are getting multiple offers and often times getting bid up. Are you looking to sell your home in Meridian? I remember in the early 90′s when my parents were purchasing a home near Cherry Ln. and Ten Mile. The Meridian real estate agent had her selling shoes on when she touted about the new i84 interchange at Ten Mile which should be in by 1998. More than 17 years after they bought that home and 13 years after the “should be in by” date, it is finally becoming a reality. The sad irony is that my parents literally just sold that property and moved to Eagle before they could ever enjoy the Ten Mile interchange.
The good news for you? The new Ten Mile interchange should be opened by the end of May, 2011. That’s right, in as little as two weeks from today, you could be driving on that interchange!
Enjoy!!!

A native of Boise, Idaho, I have sold real estate since 2005 in the Treasure Valley. Prior to my real estate career, I worked at The Home Depot, and rose to become manager of three departments at the Nampa, Idaho store. I started my real estate career with Corey Barton Homes (CBH Homes), the #1 home builder in Idaho, in November of 2005.
I obtained my real estate license in 2005 and began selling new construction for CBH Homes. I became sales manager for Boise and Kuna as well as the sales trainer. After years of working with a great company like CBH Homes, I decided it was time for me to broaden my ability to help my friends and family with their real estate needs. In March of 2011 I moved my Idaho real estate license from CBH Sales and Marketing, Inc. to Idaho Smart Agents. After extensive research on what real estate companies offer the best technology, training and customer service I decided to join Keller Williams Realty.
I am a full-time real estate agent and dedicated to helping my friends, family and their referrals with their real estate needs. Whether it be helping them buy, sell or invest in real estate, I do everything that I can to help educate them on the processes as well as facilitate their transaction. I work almost exclusively by referral, which is something that I want to make sure my clients understand. While most realtors and real estate agents are spending their time and their money trying to earn future business, I spend that time providing over the top customer service to each and every one of my clients. My goal is that they will have such a good experience working with me that they can’t help but tell their friends.
