Have you been wasting time sifting through dozen of listings in the Boise area only to find out that they don’t match your criteria? Probably…If you are looking for real estate in Boise, you have likely signed up to search Boise homes on a half a dozen websites and you are surely receiving daily e-mails with listings in them, right?
I receive phone calls from my Boise clients asking me about certain properties they’ve received in an e-mail. ”Hey Chase, can you check to see if this one is a short sale.”, or “Hey Chase, can you see if this has a big back yard.”. The only problem with the e-mails you are receiving is that the property criteria is not specific enough to your needs. Without discussing your particular situation and discovering exactly what you want in your Boise home, your real estate search is likely to consist of driving all over Boise looking at homes you wont even like just to see if they have “this” or have “that”.
For the record, I have no problem checking on these properties for you. A quick phone call can save you time and gas. Unlike some of the agents out there that just send you random listings because you filled out some information on their website, I prefer to take the time to get to know what YOU want to look at. Not just homes that I think you might like because you signed up on my Boise real estate website, but Boise area homes that I KNOW you will like because we have taken the time to discover exactly what it is that you are looking for in your new home.
So if you are receiving random e-mails on Boise area homes that don’t match your criteria, let me help you out! Here’s what I want you to do, send me an e-mail with all of the criteria you are looking for in your new Boise or surrounding Treasure Valley area home. Please include in your criteria the minimum bedrooms, bathrooms, garage count and square footage. Let me know whether you prefer a single level, single with bonus above garage, two story or basement property. You can even decide if you would prefer not to see short sales or foreclosures. Tell me your maximum price range and the specific area you are looking, whether it is a school district, proximity to shopping or parks, or even a specific community. You area could be the North End of Boise, the Boise Bench, South East Boise, a radius around Boise State University or even as specific as Columbia Village.
